Mexican Cartel violence has hit a new high especially in Tila, a small Southern Mexican village town. 4000 persons have evacuated and resulted to government funded safety camps for refuge. Homes and properties are being burned due to fires set by the Cartel in the jungle in a squeeze to acquire land previously owned by the villagers.
